These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Pet products should be used as described on the product page. Supervise your pet when appropriate, inspect products regularly, and stop use if a product or component becomes damaged.

Prices, Payment, and Orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable discounts, taxes, and charges are shown before you complete payment. Your order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. An order confirmation does not prevent us from correcting an obvious pricing, payment, inventory, or address error.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the United States. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, transit usually takes approximately 8–12 business days, so most orders arrive within approximately 9–15 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking, address corrections, delays, missing packages, and other delivery matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
